    You are allowed to make up to three classes.

    Students must be 15 years of age to obtain a permit.

    Within the first couple days of class you will receive a permit application to take to the DMV where you will take the permit test And eye exam to obtain your permit.

    EDS has pick up and drop off service. This is for In-Car Lesson only. Students must have 6 hours of driving and 6 hours of observation.Students must log 50 hours of driving with parents. This is a State of Illinois requirement.

    For both your permit and license, you will need a certified copy of Your birth certificate or valid passport or state ID, social security card (if you are under 18, you can use your high school ID with picture for your permit, but you MUST have the social security card when you go for your license); and 2 proofs residency; teens most recent report card, letter from the high school dated within 90 days, recent bank statements. State ID's can be used for any of the above. You will pay $20.00 to the Secretary of State.
    In addition, when you go for your license, you will need your 50 hour log sheet and proof of insurance for car. For further information, please go to http://www.cyberdriveillinois.com

    Nine months or until you turn 18, whichever comes first.

    Yes you must always have your permit on you when you are driving

    Since you have to drive with someone 21 years or older with a valid drivers license for at least one year in the front seat, you can have as many in the back as there are seatbelts. Every one MUST be seat belted.
